All our beauty products are posted for free via Royal Mail or Yodel and include a tracking number so you may check the progress of the delivery from our shop all the way to your door. We aim to make sure items purchased before 2pm are posted the very same day!

3-6 business days | Highlands and Islands, as well as rural areas.

If you would like to purchase a few products from us, contact us and we'll email you a unique discount code. The larger the order, the more we can knock off the price as, so it's only natural that we pass on the savings to you!


We only sell brand new products. Our prices may be cheap, but our beauty & cosmetics products are not. They are all 100% Authentic & Genuine! We also don't offer imitation, refurbished or used items either!


All products have a minimum of one years warranty, although most of the beauty products we stock have warranties that last much, much longer. Also, the vast majority of our products have warranties that are carried out directly from the brands themselves so you are safe in the knowledge that it's getting dealt with by the people who manufacture and produce them, the industry-leading professionals.


Any beauty or cosmetic item you want to return must be posted back to our shop within 30 days of receiving your order. In order for you to return goods to us, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number must be generated beforehand; this will enable us to tell us who the parcel is from and get your refund processed quicker. If you have not opened or used your beauty product and it's still sealed in it's original box, you'll be given a 100% refund. Beauty products that have had the seal broken we are not allowed to accept back for health protection and hygiene reasons; however we may on occasions be able to accept a product if it has been opened, but this is at our discretion and would be subject to a restocking fee.

Some products are sold with a Manufacturer or Direct Warranty must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement. For these items, the warranty policy from the product manufacturer explicitly requires that any returns, repairs etc. be requested and processed directly by the consumer (or "end-user") of the item. Your products original box should include contact details of the manufacturer; if not, please get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to assist you with finding the contact details.

To start the returns process, email [email protected] with a description of the problem. Please try to be as specific as possible when listing the reason for return as this will assist us in processing the return. (ie. The Lipstick that I opened was not the colour I ordered).

Please note: Any 'dismantled', 'marked' or 'visibly defaced' product(s) occurred whilst in possession of the customer will void all warranties.

Fitness of Purpose: Seli cannot warrant any product as fit for any particular use or purpose. In the world of beauty & cosmetics there are many products that may be incompatible such as a Eau De Parfum instead of an Eau De Toilette, or buying a mans aftershave instead of a woman's perfume (which happens with unisex fragrances), which is why we suggest you do due diligence on a product before purchasing it. We have beauty experts on hand 24/7 so you can also contact us with any questions relating to a product before purchasing and we'll get you the information you need!

Pack Returns Carefully: Customer must pack items being returned as if they were brand new and with care. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. is not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipping and/or misused/abused by the customer/carrier, which is why we suggest making sure your parcel/package is insured when you send it back to us to avoid any problems.

Return Postage: Items returned to us without an RMA are considered void. You must place the RMA number provided to you by us on the outside of your parcel/package/box. All product(s) must be returned as originally received and include original packaging, documentation, with all bags, gift boxes & accessories if part of a gift set.

Expiration of RMA numbers: Please note that RMA numbers are valid for 14 days after being issued. We must receive the product within this time frame or you will need to contact us for a new one.
